The Graduate Journey
The two-year program develops alongside you, based on your career ambitions and goals. Most graduates begin their journey in our successful Customer Experience Centre, where they learn about our organisation, our products, our customers and our approach.
As you progress through the second year, you’ll focus on developing business acumen. We’ll give you greater responsibility as you undertake projects in your field of interest, such as marketing, procurement, sales, logistics, manufacturing and more.
