Working at Signet with so many great people has shaped who I am as a leader. I find that we’re encouraged to be flexible leaders and we’re always given the chance to try new things.

Accepting the job with Signet was an easy decision for Fiona, who always kept her eye on successful businesses in the industry.

“I was always attracted to Signet and so when they established an office and warehouse in Perth, I knew it would be a great fit. Many years later, I’m still here!”

Focused on results

Coming from a large family, Fiona loves a bit of competition (she’s a regular winner of office table tennis games!). Her focus and intense drive for success mean she works hard to achieve the best results for every customer.

“I take a lot of pride in what I do. The excitement of getting an account across the line, supporting the team or successfully helping a business overcome a problem is what gets me up in the morning. I’m always looking for that next challenge!”

Fiona’s focus on results has only been made stronger with a changing economic climate and market challenges. She works with her strong team to maintain results, defend growth and band together to overcome any hurdles they may face.

Fiona is proud to work with knowledgeable and hardworking people.

“I’m so proud of the technical expertise we have. We are a small team but our workflows and operations are anything but small. They’re very efficient and seamless – we act like we’re big. It has to be that way because we’re helping Australia compete.”

Fiona nurtures strong, collaborative relationships with the sales and warehouse teams by facilitating open communication and knowledge-sharing.

“We always know what our goals are. We know what our job specs are, we know what the business needs and we know what everyone’s capabilities are on all sides.”

The freedom and passion to lead

As a Regional Sales Manager, Fiona enjoys the opportunity she’s been given by Signet to navigate the team into new territory.
